ANDl Coosur Real Betis and the player Anzejs Pasecniks (2.16 m) have reached an agreement for the signing of the Latvian until the end of the season.

Pasecniks (12/20/95, Riga) trained in the quarry of VEF Riga, a team from his city where he would make his professional debut (2013-15), participate in the Eurocup and win the league title twice.

His good work in Latvia served him to try his luck at CB Gran Canaria, an entity in which he would remain from 2015 to 2019 and where he would coincide with the now sports director of Coosur Real Betis, Berdi Pérez.

His evolution in the Gran Canaria team helped him to be present in the ‘Best young quintet’ and lift the Super Cup trophy (2016/17).

After being drafted by the Orlando Magic in 2017, his opportunity in the NBA would come to him in the 2019/20 season at the hands of the Washington Wizards, where he would play 26 games, averaging six points and four rebounds.

The latest green-and-white signing is also a regular with his team from Latvia, where he has shared a dressing room with Dairis Bertans or an old man known as Kristaps Porzingis. As he did, he will try to make his mark in Seville.
