HAPPY B-DAY, MALCOLM: Injury did not prevent Malcolm Delaney to enjoy a birthday cake and get his teammates sing him a birthday song after their big win in Moscow a day earlier.
CATCHING UP: Bayern’s Jalen Reynolds and Baskonia’s Achille Polonara, teammates at the Italian side Reggio Emilia four years ago, used a chance ahead of their Friday clash to catch up. Also, Efes center Tibor Pleiss and Zalgiris coach Martin Schiller, who were together at the German national team, had a chat in Istanbul.
