PABLO ROMERO / COMMUNICATION AREA FEB

Well known by any good fan of the competition, Miquel Feliu’s service record makes the Catalan forward one of the most authoritative voices of the competition throughout its history.

Therefore, it is not surprising that LaLigaSports.tv has appointed the former ICG Força Lleida player as the commentator who will accompany Xavi Oltra’s narration in a Final that can be followed live and exclusively through the audiovisual platform.

A meeting that, to the former forward of the LEB Gold League, makes him a special illusion: “I am really enjoying an experience that is allowing me to continue to be linked to the competition. It’s something new for me, but what I’m getting comfortable with from the other side. I am grateful to the LaLigaSports.tv team for having had me and I am looking forward to bringing people a show that I was able to experience twice on the track and that I will now see for the first time from this other side”.

Because Feliu will take to the homes of the fans a meeting that points to a great match already from the previous hours between two teams that, according to his words, are meeting expectations: “We are facing a Final between two teams made, designed and trained with a very clear objective such as promotion and that, for the moment, are fulfilling step by step everything that was expected of them. Both have had a very good first round, with Movistar Estudiantes demonstrating their recent past in the Endesa League and with Covirán Granada being able to be comfortable in that role by taking advantage of the solid base of last year”.

All this based on the role played on both sides of the track by those who know the competition best: “Both teams are full of national players and that says a lot about how a block should be built that wants to be strong in the competition and that wants to opt for the most ambitious goals”.

Therefore, for Miquel there will not be a clear favorite for an unpredictable match in terms of forecast: “I think a very close final awaits us. Perhaps at game level, Covirán Granada could be a little step ahead at the moment, but Movistar Estudiantes plays at home and makes the forces equal. In this Cup the home court factor is usually very important and that is why I think we are facing a really open final and very uncertain at the moment as far as the result is concerned”.
