ANDhe Lenovo Tenerife has won this Sunday on the court of Coosur Real Betis (72-81) a match in which his Uruguayan point guard Bruno Fitipaldo stood out and that allows him to place third in the table, with the same victories as Gran Canaria, at the expense of a Sevillian team that remains at bottom.

The Aurinegro team dominated by 3-13 after five minutes, when the Betis had only scored through a triple by Vitto Brown and Joan Plaza made his debut for the recently signed Latvian center Anzejs Pasecniks, who debuted with three fouls, one of them unsportsmanlike , in his first five minutes on the court court.

Under the masterful direction of their duo of South American guards, Bruno Fitipaldo and Marcelinho Huertas, Lenovo widened the lead to eighteen points (12-30, min. 12) at the beginning of the second quarter, after the free kick with which they were punished a first technique to the local bench for their protests.

Plaza stopped the bleeding playing without a pure ‘center’, with Brown and Burjanadze in the interior positions, his men hit with a pair of triples and the difference was reduced to ten points, although the success of Fran Guerra in the paint allowed Canaries leave with fourteen of income to rest (26-40).

The claw that his captain, Pablo Almazán, gives him, allowed the locals to cut their disadvantage back from the locker room, at which time Txus Vidorreta decided to play with his two bases at the same time, which allowed Fitipaldo to free himself to find shots and hit a small scoring recital (eleven points in the third quarter).

Coosur Betis was not resigned, as demonstrated by his outpouring in the final period, in which he endorsed his host with a 14-2 run (63-66 min. 35) interrupted by a missed free kick from Carrington that would have placed two.

It was the song of the green-and-white swan, as Marcelinho Huertas deployed his class to score two baskets and give an assist in the next three Tenerife attacks and sealed the match with two minutes to go with the free kick resulting from the second technique to Joan Plaza, who was therefore disqualified.
