Galatasaray Wins Euroleague Womens Championship While Torrens Earns MVP Honors

Galatasaray’s Alba Torrens and Sancho Lyttle won the championship of the EuroLeague Women final after beating Turkey rivals Fenerbahce. Alba Torrens was named MVP of the Final Eight after his contribution in the semifinal and final. Meanwhile, UMMC Ekaterinburg earned third place as Spain’s Silvia Dominguez garnered another small footprint in the Euroleague Championships.

Torrens was named MVP of the Euroleague Final eight with huge performance with 29 points in the semifinals and in the finals contributed to the victory of the team with 9 points, 4 rebounds and 6 assists.
