Formed in the base categories of Gasteizko Abaroa SKE and Araski AES, in Vitoria, Itsaso Conde debuted in professional categories with the latter team. In her first experience in Liga Femenina 2, still at junior age, she averaged 7.8 points and a PIR of 10.3 in 26 minutes per game.
From the U15 category, he was part of the training teams of the Spanish Basketball Federation. Within a brilliant generation, she was champion in the Eurobasket U16 and U20, among other achievements. She got this last tournament together with two of her new teammates: Laura Quevedo and Umi Diallo.
