CB Almansa with Afanion achieved a valuable victory on Wednesday against Juaristi ISB (89-73) in the fight for permanence. And much of the blame was Eddy Polanco, author of 28 points, including 3 of 5 in triples. In addition, he added 2 rebounds, an assist, a recovery and 5 fouls received.

At the same time, Palmer Alma Mediterránea Palma broke its positive momentum with a loss in extra time against Easycharger Palencia. American forward Wesley van Beck was once again essential with 29 points (4/8 triples), 12 rebounds, 4 recoveries and one assist, for a PIR of 26 points.

Third MVP of the Dominican Eddy Polanco, who already won the award on days 6 and 17; and first from American forward Wesley van Beck. Two compulsive scorers who jointly reach the top with 57 points scored between them.

This is the third time of the season in which MVP is shared. The first was on matchday 11 with Michael Carrera (ICG Força Lleida) and Nick Ward (Leyma Coruña). And on the second occasion it was Sergi Costa (CB Prat) and Joey van Zegeren (HLA Alicante)

One of the most diverse and international quintets of the season. The outside line has a South American flavor: the Colombian base from Unicaja Oviedo, Hansel Atencia and the Dominican shooting guard Eddy Polanco, star of CB Almansa with Afanion and one of the MVPs of the day.
