Club Joventut Badalona and Jordi Vizcaino have reached an agreement until the end of the season so that the green-and-black project continues to grow in the Women’s Challenge League. The coach from Lloret de Mar will direct Penya next Sunday against Real Canoe looking for a change of dynamics to finish the league with better feelings.
Vizcaino (1977) stands out for his extensive experience on the bench, and the most notable feats of his record are the promotions he achieved with Femení Sant Adrià and Boet Mataró. In his years with Sant Adrià, he rose from Copa Catalunya to Liga Femenina 2, and from Liga Femenina 2 to Liga Femenina 1. And in his time with Mataró, the Maresme team rose from Liga Femenina 2 to Liga Femenina Challenge.
First declarations of Jordi Vizcaino
The new coach of La Penya has been very satisfied to be part of a project of this entity: “It is a very great illusion because when you start with the idea of ??being a coach, you end up focusing on ending up in a club with a professional structure like the Club Joventut Badalona. I come to try to bring extra energy to the group, give it fresh air. We have a very well structured team, with many players with the resources to do things well”.
