Today we announce that at the helm of Hozono Global Jairis at LF Endesa will be Marina Lizarazu, a base from Madrid (1.72m, 27 years old) with extensive experience in the category after playing for Quesos El Pastor, Valencia Basket, Cadí Le Seu and Ensino Lugo. , club from which it comes.

Lizarazu began his career at the bases of Rivas, with whom he came to play the Copa de la Reina. He is part of the prolific generation of ’95, like Rebeca Cotano and Belén Arrojo. After a great experience in American basketball, which lasted four seasons, becoming MVP and conference champion with the University of Iona, she returned to LF Endesa in the 2017-18 season. She also has experience in the Spanish training teams, having played in all their categories, achieving five medals, three gold at the European Championships in 2011, 2013 and 2015; and two silvers in the 2012 World Cup and 2014 European Championship.

Marina herself has sent us a few words as a Jairista player: “I am very happy and grateful for the opportunity to be part of this club that is putting so much love into building a very exciting project for this coming season. Looking forward to it to start working and for us to get to know each other.
