ANDhe Breogán River announced this Thursday the signing of Serbian forward Nemanja Nenadic, 28 years old and 1.97 meters tall. He comes from Stelmet Zielona Gora in the Polish League, where he has averaged 16.6 points, 3.8 rebounds and 4.3 assists, while in VTB he has averaged 16.6 points and 4.3 assists.

“In recent days, leading clubs have appeared that have tried to sign him, but he has asserted his commitment to the Breogán project and is going to be with us,” said the club’s general director, Tito Díaz, at a press conference.

He defined him as a forward “with great scoring talent”, but who can also “generate” a lot of play for his teammates, which will come, in his opinion, very well to the offensive game of the team led by Veljko Mrsic.

“He is a player accustomed to assuming responsibility, hardened in a thousand battles. He is going to give us points, experience and character,” reiterated Tito Díaz, who confirmed that they are still looking for “a pure shooter.”

The general director of Breogán also announced that they presented a renewal offer to Iván Cruz and Tyler Kalinoski, although he assumes that it will be “difficult” for them to retain them because “both have stated that they want to improve economically and sportingly.”
