Born in Kraljevo, Karapandzic arrives at Fibwi Palma to continue growing as a player and grow under the command of Pau Tomás.

Karapandzic began his career playing for the Partizan Nis U19 team with which he played a total of four games with an average of 30.5 minutes per game in which he averaged 5.8 points, grabbed 3.5 rebounds and distributed 3.5 assists. In the 2018-19 season, in the Crvena Zvedza U19 team, Stevan continued adding minutes and experience playing a total of seven games in which he averaged an average of 25.1 minutes scoring 6.6 points, capturing 2.3 rebounds and dishing out 2.1 assists. In the 19-20 season, Stevan Karapandzic joined the ranks of Borac Cacak in the Serbian first division, playing a total of eight games in which he averaged an average of 8.8 minutes with 2.1 points, 1.3 rebounds and 0.5 assists per game. In the 20-21 season he continued in the ranks of Borac Cacak, playing five games with an average of 4.2 minutes per game. Finally, last season, Karapandzic joined the ranks of the Sloga of the Serbian First Division, playing a total of 30 games with an average of 21.3 minutes per game in which he scored 9.4 points, grabbed 2.6 rebounds and He dished out three assists on average per game.
