The Argentine abroad was on loan at Palmer Alma Mediterránea Palma, which he arrived at at the beginning of this season.

Fausto Ruesga (Argentina, 2000) began to take his first steps in the world of the basket with the Olimpo club. After three seasons, where he clearly shows his projection, he signed for Weber Bahía Basket, where in his last season, 2020/21, he signed a total average of 13 points, 8 rebounds and 0.5 assists. That same season, European basketball set its eyes on him and it was finally Morabanc Andorra who added him to their ranks with a four-year multi-year contract. Ruesga would go on to make his debut with the Andorrans against Casademont Zaragoza, playing 18 minutes in which he scored 6 points, captured 2 rebounds and stole 4 balls. This past summer, the principality team gave the player to Palmer Alma Mediterránea Palma of the LEB Oro, in which until his incorporation to the autonomous city as a whole he was averaging 8.1 points and 3.5 rebounds. In addition, Ruesga, despite his youth, has international experience with his team, after participating in the 2018 Youth Olympic Games, where he won two gold medals in the dunk contest and in 3×3 basketball.

From the club we wish Fausto Ruesga the best of luck in this new stage as a Melilla Sport Capital player, at the same time we thank Morbanc Andorra for his willingness to transfer the player.
