15 days of competition and a little over five months have had to pass since the LF Endesa threw the inaugural ball of the season into the air, but once this time has elapsed, the 2022 Copa de la Reina has been able to clear up the first great unknown of the course with the name of its 8 teams classified for the fight for the title.

In this way, the competition only has to know the four quarter-final pairings that will make up the path to the title and that we will know from 12 noon next Tuesday, February 22. Because it will be then when the Valencia City Council acts as the best possible host for the celebration of a draw that will mark the starting signal.

A day in which the local team Valencia Basket, the king of Copas Perfumerías Avenida, the reigning champion Spar Girona and the exciting Cadí La Seu will be seeded, with the Salamanca team having the opportunity to play their first game in the opening day thus asserting its status as “Winter Champion”.

All of them will meet their first rival through a second pot made up of Lointek Gernika, IDK Euskotren, Movistar Estudiantes and Casademont Zaragoza, who will then decide the order of the crosses until the grand final for the title.

Thus, the competition table will mark the beginning of the countdown for an appointment that will begin on Thursday, March 24 with the first two crosses of a quarterfinal that will be completed on Friday 25. The semifinals will take place on Saturday afternoon 26 while the Final in which the champion is crowned will arrive on Sunday 27.

At the conclusion of the event, a second draw will take place in which the Spanish Federation will announce the pairings of the Mini Cup, the parallel tournament that will face the academy teams of the 16 clubs that make up the LF Endesa during the 2021/22 season .
