The players of the Women’s National Teamconcentrated from this Tuesday in Madrid to face the Road To The Future Tour, have successfully passed the medical examination prior to the start of training. The tests have been carried out by the Jimenez Diaz Foundationof Quirónsalud groupOfficial Medical Service of the Spanish Basketball Federation.

The medical examination has been assisted by doctors Miguel Ears Ears, head of the Non-Invasive Cardiology Unit and member of the Sports Cardiology Unit of the Fundación Jiménez Díaz; Y Maria Esther Martinez Fernandezalso a specialist in the Cardiology Service of the Madrid hospital, in addition to the nurses Sea Gonzalez Y Pilar Garciasupervisor and assistant of the aforementioned service, respectively; Javier Caballero Y Sarah MartinezExtractions nurses.

All the members of the team have undergone a physical examination, through an echocardiogram, an electrocardiogram and different imaging tests. Likewise, they underwent a complete analytical extraction, all in coordination with the medical services of the National Team, headed by Dr. Juan Francisco Abellan.

The medical examination carried out has confirmed the excellent state of form in which the players of the Women’s National Team are in for the tour, which we trust they will face with the same success with which they have passed these tests”, highlighted Dr. Orejas.

The team led by Miguel Méndez travels to Melilla this Wednesday, where it will remain until June 3 and where it will play two games in the framework of an international tournament in which Italy, the rival on Wednesday June 1, and Belgium, rival on Friday, June 3.
