TOdam Hanga already has a free hand to commit to Real Madrid. Barcelona announced this Friday the termination of the contract of the 32-year-old, 2.01-meter Hungarian forward, who had one season left with the club, and the whites will shortly make his signing official for the next three seasons.

It will be the second ex-Barcelona to take the airlift in the current market after the arrival of Thomas Heurtel, who has signed for one year with an option for another for Madrid. In the opposite direction, Nicolás Laprovittola will leave, who will leave the white team once his contract is finished to stop at the Palau. There was never such a transfer among the greats in a single summer.

Hanga comes to Madrid after four seasons at Barcelona in which he has won the double last year and two more King Cups. The Hungarian player has shown during that time an extraordinary versatility that allows him to play in any of the three outside positions. Now the whites will exploit it, who already wanted him four years ago when he left Baskonia for Barcelona. The Catalans won the bid by paying a significant amount of money to the Vitorians.

Barcelona has been left without an important player in recent years, but one who has not finished convincing Sarunas Jasikevicius. His minutes were reduced with the passing of the season and he had a testimonial role in the Final Four and the final of the Endesa League.

However, the Catalans are now facing a problem, as they have terminated their contract and that of Víctor Claver and have been left without ex-Valencia player Nikola Kalinic, the one desired to occupy the forward position, who has gone to Red Star after receiving an offer that Barça, in serious financial problems, has not been able to reach.
