ANDhe TD Systems Baskonia already has a replacement for Luca Vildoza, who this week left the Vitoria entity to embark on a new path in the New York Knicks. The chosen one, as the Basque club has officially announced this morning, is Andorran point guard Quino Colom.

Quino Colom, born in 1988, international with Spain and World Champion in 2019, arrives from the Red Star and, after passing the pertinent physical and medical tests, he will place himself under the command of Dusko Ivanovic to face the remainder of the campaign.

After leaving Valencia Basket, the last team in the Endesa League in which he has played, Colom headed to Belgrade, averaging 6.6 points and 2.5 assists in the eight games he has played with the Red Star in the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague.

In addition to being World Champion, and among other achievements, Colom was elected in 2018 in the best quintet of the Eurocup and has extensive experience in the Endesa League where he has

played 241 games to date.

The Andorran base is expected to arrive in Vitoria-Gasteiz in the next few hours.
