For his part, in his debut, Carlos Cantero has confessed to face this new challenge in his career with enthusiasm: “I have seen a special motivation and a way of working with coherence”, he emphasizes with the desire to start working. “That gives me the opportunity to come with a lot of desire to improve the players, the club and grow myself as a coach,” says the Madrilenian without setting any goals yet. “The ambition is maximum, it is something that goes with the club where we are and that is not negotiated,” he says, already infected with corporate identity. “That later we have greater or lesser objectives will depend on the team there is,” he explains.
