Araski and Kutxabank have renewed their collaboration agreement for one more season and the financial institution will continue as the main private sponsor of the club during the 2022-23 season. The agreement was signed this morning with a ceremony at the Kutxabank office in Plaza San Antón in Vitoria-Gasteiz. Present at this launch were Iratxe Rodríguez, president of Araski, and the director of the Araba Network of Kutxabank, José Luis Bastarrica.
The first team will continue to be called Kutxabank Araski for all purposes, and the financial institution will be on various advertising media, in addition to all of its clients having exclusive advantages such as access to official club clothing draws or invitations to attend to Mendizorrotza.
The president of Araski, Iratxe Rodríguez, has expressed that “for us it is a joy to have the collaboration of Kutxabank for the third season. They opted to join us at the worst moment with a recently started pandemic and 3 years later we continue to work together consolidating the team in the highest category of women’s basketball. We hope that this year, now that the pandemic is over, we can normally enjoy a Kutxabank Araski that transmits joy, recovering emotion and representing all those values ??that both entities embody”.
José Luis Bastarrica highlighted the “proud Kutxabank is to be able to collaborate with Araski in his sporting career. We share values ??such as rootedness and equality, which we at Kutxabank promote in all areas of our activity”. The director also highlights “the Bank’s recognition of the outstanding example that Araski emanates to all layers of Alava society and, very particularly, to our girls who, also in the field of Basketball, have top-level references ”.
