AE Sedis Bàsquet has reached an agreement for one season with the young center from Alicante, Montserrat Brotons, to join the Urgent team. 193 centimeters tall, 22 years old and international in the training teams of the Spanish national team, he arrives from the Embutidos Pajariel Bembibre, where he has made his debut this last season in the Endesa Women’s League.
Brotons made his return to Spain feasible last season, after completing his university stage at Oral Roberts University, where he played in the NCAA. She started playing in Alicante and ended up making her debut in Liga Femenina 2 with Segle XXI before embarking on her trip to the United States. In this debut season in the Women’s League, and under the orders of Pepe Vázquez, she has enjoyed filming to get to know and adapt to the physical and technical level of the competition. Along this same path, he will continue working with Cadí La Seu, hand in hand with Bernat Canut, to continue taking steps forward in his start in professional elite basketball.
