Nikola Rako?evi? (Montenegro, 1991) began playing basketball in his native Podgorica, where he soon caught the attention of Real Madrid’s young talent recruiters. After playing in the lower categories of the white club, the Balkan signed with CAI Zaragoza to play in one of his teams linked to the EBA league and even made his debut in the Endesa League with the first hand team. In the 2011/12 season he made his debut in the LEB Oro with Basket Navarra. Last year he decided to go to the Slovak league to join the ranks of Handlová, where he signed more than 17 points per game.
