Real Madrid 100 – 62 FC Barcelona

No one could have predicted that the outcome of this semifinals game would end in a crushing blow out of FC Barcelona. Real Madrid came out blazing on offense and defense. Led by Euroleague MVP Sergio Rodriguez  who scored 21 points and 6 assists in only 21 minutes while Nikola Mirotic chipped in with 19 points. For FC Barcelona it was a dry night on offense and only one player Ante Tomic, reached double figures with 16 points and 8 rebounds. It was barely enough to keep up with Real Madrid who’s defeat of 38 points surpassed another record breaker this year. Real Madrid also matched a record of three pointers in the game to tie it with Maccabi Tel Aviv, 14 three pointers made. If Real Madrid is able to beat Maccabi Tel Aviv on Sunday in the final they will have won their 9th Euroleague Final.
