ANDhe Lenovo Tenerife has acquired the services of power forward Sean Smith for one season, extendable to three. The new Canarian player (Madrid, 12/9/1995) comes from Palencia Baloncesto, where last season he completed his second experience in the LEB Oro, after having played the previous year at Básquet Coruña.

Smith once played for the Maristas and Canarias Basketball Academy before completing his training in the United States, where he played for Junior College Southwest Mississippi and St. Cloude State University (NCAA II).

As a senior in college, he averaged 13.5 points, 7.5 rebounds and 3.6 blocks to be included in the Best Defensive Quintet and the Second Best Quintet of the NSIC Conference.

From there, he returned to Spain to start his journey in the LEB Oro. After playing in Coruña in 19/20, last season he averaged 6.3 points, 5.7 rebounds and 1.2 blocks for a valuation of 11.7 credits per game in the average 23.7 minutes he had, defending the colors of Palencia, where he shared a team with former aurinegro, Nico Richotti.
