The Selection passes the medical examination with the Jiménez Díaz Foundation of the Quirónsalud group
The members of the Men’s Selection concentrated in Madrid since Friday have passed the medical examination prior to the start of training, carried out by the Quirónsalud hospital group, the Official Medical Service of the FEB.
The players of the Male Selection, gathered since Friday in Madrid to prepare for their participation in the Olympic Games, have passed the medical examination they underwent hours before starting their training schedule, by the Jiménez Díaz Foundation of the Quirónsalud group, official medical service of the FEB.
The players have undergone a complete physical examination, which has included an echocardiogram, electrocardiogram and various imaging tests, as well as a complete laboratory analysis.
The recognition has been carried out in coordination with the National Team’s medical services, led by Dr. Carlos Salas. On behalf of the Cardiology service, Doctors Miguel Orejas and Marcelino Cortés, accompanied by Mar González, Nursing supervisor of this service, and Sara Martínez Sánchez and Javier Caballero Balbas, nurses from Outpatient Consultations.
